What to Expect

Intake & Assessment (1–2 sessions)

Our first sessions will focus on understanding your current challenges, history, and goals. We'll review consent forms and begin mapping out a plan for care that reflects your unique needs and values.


Ongoing Therapy

Together, we’ll develop a personalized therapy plan to support your growth. Sessions are structured yet flexible, with space to process emotions, learn tools, and create lasting change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.


Individual Therapy (Adults): $175 per 50-minute session
