I am Amarri Simms LMFT #98260 (California), and this Site provides information about my professional therapy and coaching services, enables clients to book and pay for sessions, and supports digital wellness tools and resources. Your privacy is very important to me, and I am committed to protecting the personal information you share.

  • Appointment and payment details

  • Health and mental‑health history as part of intake forms (for therapy services)

  • Contact and billing information

  • Communications you send via contact forms, email, live chat, or other channels

 

b. Automatically collected information:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, referral source, pages visited on the Site

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies for site functionality, analytics, and marketing

 

c. Payment processing information:

  • Payment card details are processed via third‑party payment processors (I do not store full credit‑card numbers on the Site)

  • Billing information including name, address, transaction date and amount

Requests must provide sufficient information to identify you and specify what right you are exercising. I will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law.

6. Data Security and Retention


I maintain commercial‑grade security measures to safeguard your personal information (encryption of communication, secure servers, password‑protected access). However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, please contact me.

I retain your personal and therapy records for the period required by California law and professional standards. For therapy services, I follow the record‑keeping requirements for California LMFTs. If you discontinue services, I will retain records securely for as long as required, then delete or archive them in a secure manner.

7. Minors’ Data


The Site is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If I learn I have collected such information, I will delete it. If you are a minor and you are a California resident, you may only use the Site with parental/guardian consent in accordance with CPRA.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies


The Site uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking tools to monitor user activity, enhance site functionality, and support analytics and marketing. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though certain site features may not work properly.  This site uses pages such as Thank You after download to track opt-ins and confirm delivery of digital goods.
