What to Expect
Relationship Assessments
Both partners will be asked to complete a series of evidence-based assessments designed to better understand your relationship dynamics, communication styles, emotional needs, and areas of strength or tension. These may include tools like the Gottman Relationship Checkup and the Emotional Needs Questionnaire. Each partner completes their assessments independently. The insights gathered will help tailor our sessions to meet your specific goals and needs as a couple.
Structured Assessment Sessions
The assessment phase includes four sessions:
One 60-minute couples session
Two 45-minute individual sessions (one with each partner)
One 60-minute feedback and planning session
This structured process helps us get a full picture of your relationship and build a plan that meets your unique needs. Assessment structure can be adjusted to meet the needs of the couple
Couples Therapy Begins- after the completion of the assessment sessions, couples therapy begins.
Session Rate
Couples Therapy: $250 per 60-minute session
