What to Expect

Step 1 – Discovery Call

A free 20-minute call where we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to coaching and what kind of support you’re looking for. I’ll share how I work, and we’ll decide together if it’s a good fit.

Step 2 – Planning Meeting

Your first session will include a thorough intake and planning discussion. We’ll identify your priorities and goals, and begin mapping out a path forward.

Step 3 – Ongoing Coaching Meetings

In our meetings, we’ll explore your current patterns and work together on creating real, lasting change. Coaching is collaborative and forward-focused—you set the pace, and I’ll guide you with tools, insight, and support.


How is Coaching Different from Therapy?

Therapy focuses on healing emotional pain, trauma, or mental health issues. Coaching, on the other hand, supports women who are ready to grow, move forward, and make meaningful life changes. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, we focus on goal setting, personal development, and practical tools for transformation.


Coaching Rates


Coaching is offered in 4-session packages to support consistency and momentum. Personal growth takes time, and committing to a series of sessions allows us to go deeper and create lasting change.


Coaching Package – $520Includes four (4) 50-minute sessions to be used over a 6-week period.Additional package options are available after the initial series.
